Getting Started

How do I create an account?
Click "Sign Up" in the top right corner, enter your email and password, and you're ready to go!
How do I subscribe?
After creating an account, visit the Subscribe page, choose your preferred tier, and complete checkout with Stripe.
Can I watch videos without subscribing?
Yes! Videos marked as "Free" can be watched without a subscription. However, premium content requires an active subscription.

Subscriptions & Billing

How do I cancel my subscription?
Go to Account → Manage Subscription and click "Cancel Subscription". You'll retain access until the end of your billing period.
Can I change my subscription tier?
Yes! You can upgrade or downgrade anytime from your account settings. Changes take effect at your next billing cycle.
What payment methods are accepted?
We accept all major credit cards, debit cards, and digital wallets through our secure payment processor Stripe.

Watching Videos

Why won't my video play?
Make sure you have an active internet connection and that your subscription tier allows access to the video. Try refreshing the page or clearing your browser cache.
Does my watch progress save?
Yes! Your progress is automatically saved every 10 seconds, so you can pick up right where you left off.
